Warranty
Rocky Tops Marble & Granite,
mc, warrants for ten (10) years from date of
original purchase to the original purchaser
its manufactured products against chipping,
blistering or delamination, manufacturing
defects, under normal service and use. If
the purchaser has engaged Rocky Tops to
provide installation of product, this
warranty shall Include installation; if
purchaser has installed product independent
of Rocky Tops, the installation Instructions
of Rocky Tops must have been followed or
this limited warranty is null and void.
Products which have been
changed or altered in any manner, or which
are improperly or defectively installed or
serviced by other than Rocky Tops are not
covered by this warranty. Rocky Tops
obligations are limited to the repair or
replacement of the product as determined
solely by Rocky Tops, F.O.B. factory and
Rocky Tops is not liable or obligated for
any consequential damages. Rocky Tops makes
no warranty whatsoever with respect to
accessories or parts not manufactured by
Rocky Tops. This warranty does not apply to:

Products not installed
per Rocky Tops instructions or according
to building codes and ordinances, and
-
Products moved from
original point of installation, and
-
Products that have been
subjected to abuse, mishandling,
accident or improper care and improper
cleaning, including excessively hot
water and
-
Products outside the
United States of America.
THE FOREGOING LIMITED
WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR
IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE).
